or $21,000, loan amount $589,132 (including $10,132 UPMIP), 760+ credit score, 45% DTI ratio

VA – Single Family Residence, Primary Occupancy, Purchase price of $600,000, $0 downpayment, loan
amount $612,900 (including $12,900 VA Funding Fee), 760+ credit score, 45% DTI ratio
