Tom’s honesty and integrity have been a driving force while working in the mortgage industry and were core values when creating Montis Lending Group. He makes sure that his clients always have a full understanding of the mortgage process and is there 24/7 for any and all client or realtor needs and questions to ensure comfortability while people make the biggest purchase of their lives. 

Tom is a proud Alumnus of The Ohio State University, Go Buckeyes! Tom knew he wanted to live in Colorado after his first trip in 2005 to snowboard. He met some amazing people on that trip who he is still best friends with to this day! Fast forward to 2014 and he finally had the opportunity to make the move and he hasn’t looked back since. Colorado has given him the opportunity to live the outdoor life he has always wanted. From driving his Can-Am side by side in the backwoods of Woodland Park, to wake surfing at Horsetooth, Colorado is the place for Tom! There is nothing like motorcycle rides in the mountains and concerts at Red Rocks. Colorado is Home!
